Subi East Demolition and Construction Community Reference Group

Are you a local resident or business in close proximity to the Subi Oval Grandstands?

The State Government has appointed Western Australian contractor R.J. Vincent and Co. (RJV) to carry out demolition of Subiaco Oval infrastructure following a six-month public procurement process. It is anticipated that the demolition of the Grandstands will take place in the second half of 2019.

Ahead of any works occurring, LandCorp is calling for nominations from local residents and businesses located within 150m of the stadium to form a Demolition and Construction Community Reference Group (CRG).

The CRG will be a conduit between LandCorp, the contractor and the immediate community to assist in proactively identifying and managing any issues or opportunities with the demolition of the Subiaco Grandstands.

The CRG will comprise of approximately 20 members, made up of approximately ten randomly selected community members; and ten invited representatives from stakeholder organisations and community groups.

If you would like to participate on the CRG please complete the nomination form below. Community members who nominate to participate on the CRG will be invited to attend following a random selection process under probity.
